Audience Information:

The Cupcake Challenge can only accept payment in the form of cash or check. Please make checks payable to The Red Wagon Ministry.

The doors to the Cupcake Challenge will open at 2:00pm. The registration table will be located at the portico entrance of the Social Hall at Jim Barnett Park. This is where the entry fee will be paid. If a seat was reserved in advance, the cupcake coupons can be picked up at this table. During the event, additional cupcake coupons can be purchased from the registration table.

After a brief introduction, the Master of Ceremony will open the floor for the audience to begin tasting the cupcakes. Cupcakes will not be available until after this introduction!

This year we are going to add “The Golden Cupcake Award” to encourage involvement between the crowd and bakers. Each baker will have a golden box on their table space and the audience will stuff their box with monetary donations. The baker having the most donations will be the winner of “The Golden Cupcake Award.” Proceeds will benefit The Red Wagon Ministry.

Again we will do the “Audience Favorite Award.” The audience will cast votes at their table for their favorite cupcake. Votes will be counted and the cupcake with the most audience votes will receive the “Audience Favorite Award.”
